The In-Betweeners is a San Diego-based community for people going through a transition. Whether you’ve been laid off, are shifting careers, want to build a company, or simply taking a pause to figure out what’s next, we’re here to make that in-between space feel less lonely, more supported and inspiring.

Through regular in-person gatherings, a growing online community, and a curated resource directory, we help people connect authentically, find inspiration, and take small, meaningful steps forward without the pressure to have it all figured out.
